Ishiyama Snow Fantasy

The Ishiyama winter festival is made of two parts: the “Illumination” and “Machinoakari” (Town Lights)! During the Illumination, trees are lit up in shops along Hiragishi Street, Route 230, and Route 6. Many of the locations, such as the Ishiyama center, community center, and shopping district are decorated by the locals and neighborhood groups. Visitors can see the unique seasonal lighting brighten up the Ishiyama area from 4:00pm to 9:00pm every day only until the end of March.
